Capture
Opt-Capture is a comprehensive document capturing solution that imports paper documents, data into searchable digital images without consuming manual input. User-defined workflow can be achieved with different document type. Opt-Capture not only supports documents from scanner but also other incoming sources. With our folder scanning module, all documents including faxes, emails, eForms with pdf, jpg, gif, bmp format can be captured into our system.
Optional Barcode Recognition
An optional addition is the optional Barcode Recognition feature, which adds barcode OCR capability. Barcodes are recognized anywhere on a coversheet or standardized form to ensure extremely high recognition accuracy for critical scanning applications.

Indexing
Once documents are digitalized, Opt-indexing, automatically index your document and stored in oursecure data repository. We process documents with Optical Character Recognition (OCR). Opt-indexing also supports XML format indexing that comes with some Multi-Function Printer (MFP). With Opt-Indexing, you can create company-based index region, so that document can be recognized into a specific document type.

- Optical character recognition (OCR) creates full-text index for documents as they are scanned.
- OCR zone captureand automatic folder creation allows you to correctly process and store documents in real time as they are scanned.

Full-text indexing occurs as a background process and only consumes server resources when they are available, ensuring rapid server response for users.

Search
Opt-Search built-in searching tools provide immediate document retrieval for all files, documents and images. Full-text document searches on content or on any selection of metadata returns immediate document search results. Search criteria can include everything from profile property information to document version number. Document searches are fast and results are returned instantly.
