Lifer為無線 Headset使用時的配件之一(這方法是適用於任何牌子的電話)， 為用戶提供更方便快捷的接聽和收線體驗，接聽不需手動拿起聽筒和再蓋下收
第一，主要是為無線 Headset 連接沒有耳機接口 (Headset Jack) 的舊款電話使用，解決拿手動拿起聽筒接線等問題
第二，為新款電話 (如 IP Phone)有headset jack 但不支援EHS (遙控接聽來電和收線的功能) ，客戶經常離開坐位，不想回位按" headset 鍵" 接聽來電和收線，客戶可轉回採用以上 lifer 的接法，
**注意但原先 按 headset 鍵接收電話的功能就不能採用
